Area 51 Rock Show – 100/100 – When Darkness Calls Album Review

Reverence “When Darkness Calls” Review

REVERENCE   Power Metal Newcomer of 2012 / Album: “When Darkness Calls”.

On May 31 of this year was released the debut album by the super American Power Metal band Reverence “When Darkness Calls”.

Formed by members of notable bands such as “Tokyo Blade”  “Savatage” and “Jack Starr’s Burning Starr”.   Reverence is led by guitarist BRYAN HOLLAND and vocalist Todd Michael Hall   returnees with a powerful sound with Steve Wacholz on drums, Frank Saparti on bass and Pete Rossi on lead guitar.

The album “When Darkness Calls” is a piece of art for collectors and music lovers of the old school, with a sound “power” classic that is well set for 2012.

Her first promotional song “Too Late” is a melodic piece that ends well positioned with guitars and great vocal power. Another prominent theme is “Gatekeeper” with a “riff” that explodes like a missile and a very solid battery as cannonball. This theme emphasizes what is genuine and great this band. Totally recommended.
Personalities are five “power metal” that fit perfectly. It is certainly the band revelation this year. His first video is already in the internet “Too Late” and recreates the dynamics of its members.

Todd Hall vocalist with extraordinary scenic driving.   Bryan Holland fabulous rock guitarist and a real music lover and go crazy with great technique to each of you who enjoy the 11 tracks of this great album. “When Darkness Calls”.

Our rating 100/100 EXCELLENT!
