Some artists just “get it”. Citing this new smash-hit “Until My Dying Breath,” it is plain to see that Reverence “gets it”. The fury, the passion, the honesty, the brutality, it’s all there in black and white. The drums: smashed. The guitars: shredded. The vocals: beasted. The dancing: totally nailed. There’s little else to say except that Gods Of War is the most painfully honest album of 2015, exposing the true nature of our inner selves as fans of heavy music and therefore trendsetters in the varieties of the postmodern experience.
